This special collaboration with Yoga Escape brings together a grounding yoga practice and a guided shamanic drum journey — creating space to release, reconnect, and move intentionally into what comes next.
We'll begin with yoga to help you settle into your body and quiet the outside world, followed by a guided drum journey designed to take you deeper within.
