Join Yoga Escape and Wayfinder Wellness and Spiritual Journeys for a special 90-minute outdoor experience at the beautiful Rose Garden at Bush Park.
As we move toward the changing season, the 9/9 portal offers an invitation to pause, reflect, and gather the wisdom of what has grown within us.
We’ll begin with gentle yoga led by Yoga Escape, allowing the body to move, breathe, and release.
